From Leaving My W2 To Building A Real Estate Empire

Happy Monday Everyone,

I meant to send this Friday, but I went on a spontaneous camping trip in the lovely Selkirk Mountains for my Wife’s Birthday and I forgot 😛 

Anyways I wanted to do a completely shameless promo for my Origin Story episode that came out as a Collecting Keys Friday Focus last week.

Its slightly longer than most of our Friday Focus episodes (About 29 minutes) but I do a good deep dive into:

• my previous career as a corporate engineer,

• how I quit like an absolute bum and spent some time driving for uber and working in a gym,

• -how I started buying real estate even though I had shot myself in the foot by dropping my W2 (Did you know that makes getting loans harder?? I didnt, thats how much of a Real Estate newbie I was haha).

• What the early and middle growth phases of our business looked like from spending $30k before getting our first deal, our first hires, scaling the team ect….
